Dennis Pedrick, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Business at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and has over 25 years of experience in higher education teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He also has fifteen years of executive experience in marketing and management in the retailing, hospitality, and food manufacturing industries.
In addition to industry and education experience, he has designed and facilitated professional development seminars in producing employee and customer satisfaction measurement programs, measuring customer and employee satisfaction, and improving front-line employee services.
Dennis lives in Winona with his immortal cat, Buster.
