Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes governing charter school board elections, notice is hereby given that Riverway Learning Community will hold its Annual Board Election for open school board seats. The election will take place during the Annual Meeting as required under Minn. Stat. §124E.07, Subd. 6–7.

Purpose of the election
The purpose of this election is to select school board member(s) to serve a three-year term beginning July 1, 2026. Board members are elected by the school community as required by Minnesota charter school law, which calls for representation from:
Licensed teachers
Parents/guardians of enrolled students
Community members
Eligible voters
In accordance with Minn. Stat. §124E.07, eligible voters include:
Parents and legal guardians of currently enrolled students
All Riverway Learning Community employees (licensed and non-licensed)
Community members serving on the school board

Candidate names, biographies, and statements will be available:
On the school website
In the school office
At least two weeks prior to the election, as required by statute
Balloting process
Voting will occur in person during the Annual Meeting.
Election results will be announced at the conclusion of the meeting and posted on the school website within 48 hours.
