Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Riverway Learning Community will hold an Open Board Meeting, immediately followed by a Closed Board Meeting, on:

Open Meeting Portion

The Board will convene in open session to call the meeting to order and state on the record the statutory grounds for entering a closed session.

Closed Meeting Portion

Following the open session, the Board will enter a Closed Board Meeting pursuant to Minn. Stat. §13D.05, Subd. 3(a) for the purpose of conducting an Administration Work Agreement Review.

As required by Minnesota Open Meeting Law:

• The Board will state the specific grounds for closure before entering the closed session.

• The closed session will be recorded, and the recording will be retained for the period required by statute.

• The Board may return to open session following the closed meeting to take any required action.
