One of the wonderful opportunities Riverway students get to enjoy is our co-op with Cotter sports. Yesterday, Cotter appreciated the girls seniors on the soccer team which honored one of our very own, Emma Hatter. 🩵 Congratulations on a wonderful season, Emma. Keep being the positive human you are. We can't wait to see the amazing things you'll accomplish.

And that's a wrap, folks! Our first Saturday school of the '24-'25 school year is complete. To say this one was extra special would be an understatement. We were lucky enough to have one of the amazing humans who started Riverway, share the story of its beginning with the current students, families and staff. Kindergarten art students have been mastering their shape identification and creation. This week, we had play-dough to help us practice!

One of the best things about Riverway is when we get to join our Primary and Secondary programs and have reading buddies on a random sunny ☀️ afternoon. Our hearts are full. 🩵🫶🏻

RiverWay is in need of a Bus Driver! A safe driving record and CDL is needed to drive a yellow bus route serving approximately 40 students. There is a daily route option both before and after school (required each day). This includes requested field trips the school day (voluntary acceptance). Our last Whitewater Wednesday at summer school was a blast! We started the morning with secondary students leading activities for primary, then swam to our heart's content. ☀️🌊🥽 Nature surprised us when a water snake swam up to the students so they could observe it, then turned around and kept to its business. 🐍🏖️🌴
