Secondary SEL students spent the afternoon playing mixed subject BINGO with E1 students. They join classes once a month to intentionally build positive connections and learn from each other.

Overall, our time in the student kitchen was a success. Students practiced reading and following a recipe, working with fractions to double the ingredients, and collaborating as a team. We enjoyed our homemade pancakes with real maple syrup and shared our extras with our amazing staff. Chemistry students agreed—the recipe was a keeper!
Easy Fluffy Pancakes
1 1/2 cups flour
2 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 large egg
5 TBSP unsalted butter
2 tsps of vanilla extract
